Cloud Resume Challenge

A globally-distributed, full-stack online resume hosted on AWS S3/CloudFront. Features a scalable visitor counter using API Gateway, Python Lambda, and DynamoDB. Deployment is automated via GitHub Actions (CI/CD), with future transition to Terraform (IaC) planned.

Experience

AWS re/Start – PrimedTalent UK (August 2025 - Present)

  • Designed and deployed secure, scalable, cost-optimised solutions using the AWS Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with EC2, S3, IAM, VPC (subnetting, routing, security groups), Route 53, CloudFront, Systems Manager, Config, Trusted Advisor, AWS Organisations and Billing.
  • Built serverless solutions with Lambda, SNS and SQS; used CloudFormation for deployment automation.

Technical Specialist – Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc (Oct 2017 - Jul 2022)

  • Supported Citrix, Windows Server, and virtualisation across 500+ sites. Migrated Citrix XenDesktop to newer platforms and supported Windows Server upgrades.
  • Worked on NAS migrations, troubleshooting NFS, and provided out-of-hours support for critical systems.
  • Used ServiceNow/HP SM9 for ticketing, maintained architecture documentation, and mentored junior staff.

Technical Analyst – Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc (Oct 2017 - Jul 2020)

  • Delivered infrastructure support, built and administered VMs, handled patching and decommissioning, and supported Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop instances.
  • Collaborated with PMs and network teams to deliver VDI solutions and improved internal request workflows.

Operations Team Lead – Advanced Supply Chain Group (Jun 2023 - Apr 2024)

  • Supervised a team of 7, managed KPIs and onboarding, and led inventory and QC processes to improve operational efficiency.
